Perfect for recording, practicing, or smaller gigs, the Hartke HyDrive HD112 1x12" Bass Speaker Cabinet blends Hartke's groundbreaking technology with a rugged, lightweight construction.

Whether you're recording, performing, or practicing, the groundbreaking Hartke HyDrive HD Series Bass Cabinets give discerning bass players everything they need from a bass cab. Featuring a lightweight, yet roadworthy plywood construction, the HyDrive HD Bass Cabs come equipped with Hartke's revolutionary patented paper/aluminum HyDrive speakers to deliver all the depth, clarity, and tonal fullness that bass players demand. The HyDrive HD Cabs can handle a massive amount of power and come loaded with premium features including a 1" HF driver with a 3-position level control to tailor your top end, two Twist & Lock inputs, two 1/4" inputs, and more!

With its small, yet rugged design, the Hartke HyDrive HD112 is perfect for recording, practicing, or smaller gigs. It comes equipped with a single 12" HyDrive patented speaker featuring paper/aluminum hybrid cone drivers for exceptional warmth and attack. The black perforated steel grille offers outstanding protection while giving this amp an awesome modern look. The HD112 also features a lightweight, heavy-duty plywood construction along with convenient inset carry handles, which make this cabinet ideal for the gigging bassist.

The HyDrive Design
HyDrive speakers feature carefully crafted paper/aluminum hybrid cone drivers. The hybrid makeup delivers an exceptional blend of warmth and attack that can't be attained by traditional all-paper bass speakers. The outside curved Kevlar-loaded paper cone delivers smooth, even response with a deep tone, while the inner straight anodized aluminum cone produces highly accurate, distortion-free output.

Define Your Sound
The HyDrive HD cabinets provide depth and clarity that is unrivaled. The double-roll curvilinear surround limits the drivers from over excursion, while providing a smooth midband response. The result is a clean, full tone with the clear fundamentals of each note, as well as natural overtones to further define your sound.

Built To Perform
Optimized ferrite magnet assembly and steel chassis design deliver a maximum power to weight ratio to each of these HyDrive HD cabinets. In addition, the enclosures themselves are constructed from high-quality plywood with extensive bracing and dado joints, making them rigid, yet lightweight for superior projection and true sonic clarity. Their black perforated steel grilles add to their already strong, sleek look.

The Hartke HD112 is an exceptional sounding bass amp at a really affordable price! This amp is perfect for those small gigs at bars and smaller venues, great for practice, and even works pretty well for recording in the studio. This amp delivers a subtle warmth while still giving you that clarity and depth that a lot of bass amps lack. Once you play on this amp you'll understand the fantastic engineering that was put into it; it sports a modern design while pushing out big sound with dynamic quality only Hartke could offer. All in all a great buy for the price and something I use quite frequently!

Hartke knows bass sound. That's why the new 1x12 Hydrive rules right out of the gate. Typically the problem with smaller bass cabs is that, although perfect for lugging around, it doesn't have that low-end charisma usually found in larger cabs. Well I'm going to tell you right now this thing is a beast. Save your 8x10 for the big stage, and take this Hydrive with you to practice, or any small gig, and you'll thank me later. It'll save you space, it'll save you back pain, and it'll give you the sound you want. Great cab!

Hartke does it again with this great compact 112 cab. The tones is clear and brings some major lows with major definition. Solid cab for hitting the road, or for something smaller to play through around the house.

I have played both Hartke and Ampeg for years. The Hydrive is an incredible 112 cabinet, not only for its sound, but for its functionality as well. Features include a HF attenuator and it is switchable between 4 or 8 ohm's which allows you to use an extension cabinet as well.
