Comments about Yamaha Fgx800c Acoustic Electric Guitar:

I was conflicted on which acoustic guitar I wanted to buy and getting the most bang for the buck. There were A couple I had my eye on, and went to my Local Sam Ash to do a comparison. The sales person steered me towards the Yamaha FG800. It sounded beautiful. I made the order online due to a promotion PayPal was doing that saved me $30. The Customer service at Sam Ash.com was excellent, we talked several times and he also recommended the Yamaha FG800. I am so happy with quality and sound of the guitar, and the customer service I recieved. I would do this all over again without hesitation!

Comments about Yamaha Fgx800c Acoustic Electric Guitar:

Yamaha is the leader of entry level acoustics and this is one of the reason why they are. Solid top and sides lend to a nice, full sound and sustain. Build electronics allow you to plug into an amp and play at any cafe or venue. Build in tuner lets you always stay in tune.

Great sounding and well built guitar

Comments about Yamaha Fgx800c Acoustic Electric Guitar:

Yamaha makes solid and durable instruments and the FG series is great for beginner to intermediate guitar players. The cutaway allows for high fret access and the preamp sounds crystal clear and warm. This is absolutely one of the best acoustic-electrics for the price and has a fantastic ease of play. If you treat it right it will last you a lifetime, I'd recommend this for any guitarists whether at home or gigging.

Comments about Yamaha Fgx800c Acoustic Electric Guitar:

This is one of my go-to guitars for my students. It is a great, no frills guitar that can give beginners a good quality guitar that will last them for years to come. Easy playability and great tone. Why buy twice when you can get it right the first time, right?

Comments about Yamaha Fgx800c Acoustic Electric Guitar:

The Yamaha FGX800C is an exceptional value. Most guitars in this price range don't sound or play nearly as well as this 1. The pickup just adds even more value to an otherwise awesome guitar. There's not much to compare to this little beauty in this price range. For those on a budget, the Yamaha FGX800C is the guitar to buy.

Comments about Yamaha Fgx800c Acoustic Electric Guitar:

Slightly bigger than the FS800, but still has the same great Yamaha quality and a solid spruce top. The electronics are great with a 3 band EQ and tuner and any guitar with these features and of this quality will usually cost alot more than what the FS800 sells at. It is reliable and great at this price. Even though the price may appear cheap, Yamaha does not skimp on the quality!

Comments about Yamaha Fgx800c Acoustic Electric Guitar:

If you're looking to buy a gift for a new or experienced guitarist, this Yamaha guitar is a great option. Yamaha is doing here what they do best and that is giving you 'all that bang' for 'not many bucks'! The craftsmanship is very nice and the rosewood fingerboard is meticulously cut to give you ease and comfort of play. The cutaway makes it super simple to 'get around the guitar' which can be a huge advantage for a child or just the smaller musician in general. The on-board electronics and tuner is a great feature so you can be sure you are always on pitch. This guitar is an incredible value for sure!
