Fender Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster with case ships to you fast and free from Sam Ash Direct.

Stevie Ray Vaughan. That says it all. You just have to hear his name, and you can hear his firey playing—that passionate attack, the signature sound of a true Stratocaster legend. And though Stevie may be gone, you can keep his sound alive, with a little help from the Stevie Ray Vaughan Signature Stratocaster. Designed by SRV himself, in collaboration with Fender, the Stevie Ray Vaughan Signature Strat is a respectful replica of Stevie’s number one trademark guitar, the one he rightfully called Number One.

Everything about this incredible guitar screams Texas blues. You’ll feel it as soon as you get a grip on its special design oval-shaped neck and Pao Ferro (an exotic South American hardwood) fingerboard. This baby was born to wail! Plug it in, and its three Texas Special™ single coil pickups live up to that birthright. Fender overwound them for extra midrange, punch and output—without losing any of the high-end clarity you want from a Strat. And the middle pickup is a reverse coil, reverse-wound for noise cancellation! So they give you more big, bluesy bite—Texas style—without that nasty hum.

The Stevie Ray Vaughan Signature Strat is loaded with plenty more signature touches. Like gold-plated vintage hardware. A pickguard engraved with Stevie’s initials. There’s even an inverted left-handed tremolo, another essential element of the SRV sound.

If you love Stevie Ray and the Texas blues, or if you’re just looking for a screaming beauty, the Stevie Ray Vaughn Signature Stratocaster is sure to be your pride and joy. A Fender vintage tweed case, strap, cable and care kit are included.

Comments about Fender Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster Electric Guitar with Vintage Tweed Case:

Let me first say that I am an SRV devotee. Fronted a three piece band for several years doing a good percentage of SRV covers. I have tried many Strat's looking to nail that elusive tone...Strat Plus's, Am. standards, G&L, and I could never find it, or the margin for error in setting up my amp was so small that it just wasn't repeatable in real-world conditions. The first time I tried an SRV, I knew it was the one. Not only did it flat out nail the SRV tone, the margin of error for where you set your amp to get it was eliminated. I play through a stock 30th Ann. Marshall 100w through a 1960A 4x12 Marshall cab. & a 4x10 Fender Hot Rod DeVille with TS808 Tubescreamer Re-issue, Boss Bass Chorus(does a great job of emulating the Vibro-tone) and a Cry Baby Wah, and a Morley AB or both amp switcher. Fantasic tones and will do a lot more than just Stevie...these pick-ups are big, fat, and clear, clean up very nicely with the guitar's volume knob, and very touch sensitive. If you can only own one guitar and your styles are rock, country or of course, blues this is the guitar to own!!!!

Comments about Fender Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster Electric Guitar with Vintage Tweed Case:

I've had this one for about a year and i just can't put it down. I'm comforted just holding it watching tv. Am i in love? Hell yes! This strat wants to be played hard or soft. The tone is amazing. The neck is fat, so in the words of SRV; "hold on, turn it up, and floor it!

Comments about Fender Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster Electric Guitar with Vintage Tweed Case:

"PLayed it in the store, and i was amazed, not just it looks like srv's, no that the attention to detail was incredible, including gold tuners and down to the little adjustment screws to the pickups, trebly tone, sononomous with the Stratocaster and it played really good. a really good guitar collectors item! playin wise, it was on the same as the strat, but the craftsmenship of it, when i just put it in my arms, i just couldn't stop sayin WOW! this guitar deserves a greater rating, well over 5 *'s BUY THIS GUITAR IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY!!!!!!! PLEASE, YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!!"

Comments about Fender Stevie Ray Vaughan Stratocaster Electric Guitar with Vintage Tweed Case:

"This can be either your hell hound, or your smooth bluesman, depends how you use it. A beutifully crafted guitar with outstanding tone. It's texas special pickups are outstanding. Also, the oval neck shape lets you glide through the fretboard with comfort, and it gives the ""thickness"" feel of the blues. I give this guitar 5 stars, and I would give it ten if I could. Stevie would be proud."
