Comments about Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass:

I bought my Aerodyne Black Beauty when I went in to purchase a Deluxe P, but the D. P. just didn't feel or sound right. I kept browsing but kept coming back to the Aerodyne, mostly because of looks. Started playing and we just bonded quickly.

The main picture does not do this bass justice! Quality over all is VERY GOOD, but it needs a new bridge. (New Babicz is on the way). Fender bridge is just functional enough to attach the strings too. I have spent a lot of time tweaking the bridge and pickups and can now feel the strings in the body. I can only imagine how it will improve with the new bridge.
It is a Beautiful instrument. Japanese quality in all respects - not their fault Fender gave em a cheap bridge (sorry!)
I will update when I get the Babicz on.
Running this through a Fender Rumble 150 - Very nice amp and a whole nother story - these two were made for each other.
