Crafted in Japan by the renowned luthiers at ESP, the ESP E-II Series instruments represent a whole new standard in high-quality guitars and basses. Bridging the gap between ESP's premium ESP line and the more affordable LTD line, each ESP E-II model offers striking looks, amazing sound, and unsurpassed ESP craftsmanship.

The ESP E-II FRX Electric Guitar is an all-out serious axe that would make a killer addition to any metal or hard rock arsenal. With its unconventional body shape and contours, the head-turning ESP FRX body stands out as one of the most unique in the industry. Featuring a gorgeous maple top (trans finishes) over a distinctively sculpted mahogany body (full alder body on solid Black finish), this E-II FRX is built to metal-approved specs and is ready to rock hard. It sports a set-thru neck design, which caters to the E-II FRX's unparalleled sustain and tone. Designed for high-speed riffing and shredding, the 25.5"-scale 3-piece maple neck is shaped into an ultra-fast Thin U profile and carries an ebony 'board with 24 jumbo frets.

As sonically flexible as it is sexy, the E-II FRX comes loaded up with a pair of shred-ready active EMG 89/89R pickups that are wired through a 3-way pickup selector toggle and versatile Push/Pull Volume & Tone controls. Whether you need that powerful humbucker growl or timeless single-coil snap, the E-II FRX gives you full access to all your favorite tones right at your fingertips. Of course this monster sounds killer through ultra high-gain amps and distortion pedals, but the E-II FRX also gives you beautiful cleans when you need it.

The ESP E-II FRX comes equipped with high-quality sleek black hardware, which includes a set of premium Gotoh locking tuners, a Floyd Rose Original trem with a locking nut, and Schaller Straplocks. Comes complete with a hardshell case.
