Comments about Martin DRSGT Acoustic-Electric Guitar:

The DRSGT had all the features of the DRS2, but with a solid wood neck and a gloss finished top. It has great sound and looks like a REAL Martin. I had a couple of friends play it who are better than i am and it was awesome. One played it straight and one played it through the church's PA system and it was beauitiful then. I am well pleased with everything about it. Great feel, great sound, great finish. So good.

This Martin sounds great on its own. Rich tones and playability you'd expect from a Martin, nothing new here, just the same great sound that made Martin, well, Martin.

Now take that and give it the most simple Guitar - Computer option. No longer do we need to find balanced 1/4 cables to plug into interfaces of worry about mic placement getting in the way of playing in the studio. Just go directly from the guitar, USB, into the computer. No mixers or funny business, just good sounding recording in a simple and easy to operate guitar pre-amp/A-D converter.

The solid wood, the Fishman electronics, the USB port, and the hard shell case, need I say more? I would expect no less for an affordable Martin. The sound it delivers is as warm as the next Martin guitar. The USB port is a great addition making home recording that much easier.
