Comments about Cordoba C7-CE CD/IN Acoustic-Electric Nylon String Classical Guitar:

I'm very happy with my new guitar, I bought this after play many models for more than 2 hours in the local store in Orlando. The Cordoba was my selection because this have a sweet sound, is very soft to play acords that require a large elongation, is very comfortable, is a "Impeccable" guitar. Really I recommend this guitar for enthusiast players!

Comments about Cordoba C7-CE CD/IN Acoustic-Electric Nylon String Classical Guitar:

I bought a Robelli from Sam Ash last year to get through the wedding season and needed an upgrade. As far as specs, this one fit the bill: rosewood back and sides, Cedar top, cutaway, electronics, built-in tuner. Unplugged it is really sonorous and remains consistent throughout the register (very few "dead" notes, if any) and stays in tune into the upper frets. It's built in China and that immediately turned me away from it, but I decidied to give it a go and was quite impressed.

          My quirks -
          1. The neck is not as fat as a standard classical, changing, if only slightly the way I play some passages.
          2. The battery is pretty hard to get out of the preamp.
          3. Frets needed to be filed - no worries - in house guy did it at the store for free (I got the extended warranty).
          4. I prefer a rounded heel at the base of the neck (a la Takamine - even the robelli has it!)
          5. Laminate sides and back, but I'm not expecting miracles at this price.

That's really all, and I'm pretty picky, having played classical for over 20 years. The REALLY cool things on this one - truss rod and mic/piezo blend. That's just gold!!!!
