Great guitar. BUT - Tuner hardware literally fell apart after 15 months of use. Plastic knobs broke in pieces. I replaced the tuner system with an all metal system. Everything is now fine.

Comments about Cordoba C7 CD/IN Acoustic Nylon String Classical Guitar:

Was looking for a good quality travel guitar that was a bove the beginner level. I preffer not t o take my Reyes into the city... but once you become accustomed to a good sound, even your gig / practice guitar has to be at a certian level. I have had C5's before, but they have fallen short of the mark in overall sound, so I tried a C7 as I like the Cordoba fingerboards. The sound of the rosewood laminate is much deeper and clearer than a C5 or some Rodriguez's I had demoed. And it is loud.... and open. I really could not complain.... and the price was right.

Even my teacher was inpressed ... but did take note that the finge board is a bit thin for him.

The people as Sam Ash were very helpful and accomidating.
