When you think about the classic wah-wah sounds of the 60s, you think about British bluesmen and psychedelic American rockers, not Italy. But those Sunshine-y and Foxey tones could not have existed without the Italian-made Fasel inductors that were in the first wah pedals—including the original Crybaby. The heart and soul of the original wah pedals was the legendary Fasel inductor, and the Cry Baby Classic has it. Why is that important? Because the Fasel inductor was the key to the gorgeous tone, voice, and sweep of those first wahs. Plus, these inductors have been unavailable for decades. Now you can get that magic tone again. Go back in time with the Cry Baby Classic with Fasel Inside. Hear what you've been missing.

Comments about Dunlop GCB95F Crybaby Classic Wah Pedal:
Out of the box it is a little disappointing. Dunlop is famous for their scratchy pots. Some have said that rolling the guitar volume back to 4 or 5 will fix it but face it, that's a heck of a tone suck. Replace the pot with any generic 100K ICAR replica for half the price of the OEM and your GCB-95F can be played at full volume with no faint "squish" anymore. On top of that, it'll have soulful weeps and awesome throaty snarls depending on your dynamics when played clean. The Fasel inductor has a lot to do with the great sound. There is a reason why Yngwie uses GCB-95Fs in his rig. New additions such as a 9 Volt DC input and a battery compartment access are Godsends. I've owned many wah pedals in my 30 years of music. I've owned 2 Thomas Organ Co. Crybabies. After replacing the pot, this GCB-95F is my favorite Wah, taking me back to my old school days.
