Comments about Charvel Pro Stock DS1 Electric Guitar:

great guitar FOR THE MONEY. horrible factory setup. stays in tune great! locking tuners are AWESOME! after many tedious setup sessions i was able to get this guitar to chord easily and effortlessly with good action and very little buzzing. the action past the 12th fret is not able to be great without causing buzzing on open strings and chords. it is very good (as good as any factory setup on any sub $1000 guitar except maybe ibanez) usable for lead but not ideal. the neck profile is thin and flat. thinner than the thinnest stat neck. wide enough string to string to get a good chord grip though. the guitar looks and plays very nice. i would buy another one and just might! with a proper set up this thing is NICE!
