Comments about Tascam CD-RW900MKII CD Recorder/Player:

This is a great addition to anyone who needs to record and doesn't want to go from device to device to make an end product of a CD. All you need to do is plug it into your mixer and you are good to go. It even has a remote so you can be mobile. If you need one long recording, let it go. If you need to track it out as you go, you can do that. You can use this for church services, live recordings, and even in the studio. I definitely recommend this for anyone who is serious about recording.

Probably the most popular CD burner hands down. Rack mountable for any church, venue, studio or even that live DJ that wants to record their preformance on the fly. Has optical, analog and digital ins and outs. So when you don't have a PC to record onto CD, this is the best thing to have with you.

Comments about Tascam CD-RW900MKII CD Recorder/Player:

I needed something to record my bands practice sessions. Inevitably, the recording would need to be rendered onto cd. We Couldve used my laptop but I needed something I could leave there, in our practice space already hooked up to our rig. I had used hand recorders but transfer over to my computer later still made me have to go home first. So A friend recommended this Tascam CD900 and boy, its made life a lot easier. It was easy to use, good quality and it did exactly what I neeed it to do at a moments notice. Less than a minute after we were done rehearsing, we had it all on cd. Between songs I could punch in track markers as well so that It wasn't all just one big recording Id have to fast forwards through. Best thing of all, its as simple as can be for a guy like me whos not the most tech savvy in the world, no transferring data, no need for a computer, and I could drive home listening to everthing we'd just done.

Comments about Tascam CD-RW900MKII CD Recorder/Player:

I bought this unit to add to my live rig so that I could record live performances for bands.Im blown away by how easy thing thing is to use. I just take an output from my huge mixer, plug it into this guy and press record, bam. I can even divide the recording into tracks as I go along, on the fly. Ive used different methods before, including hand recorders and software, but being that the end result is always cd, this just cuts out all the extra stuff. The recordings come out great. Ontop of everything else it even has spdif in and out which gets me even better recordings. This is a top notch unit that I recommend to anyone who wants a hastle free and to the point process of capturing recordings directly to cd.
