No shoulder strap

The advertisement suggests that there are straps for use over the shoulder or as a backpack but there are only the padded handles as seen in the photo. Are they suggesting that these can be used for carrying the bag over the shoulder or as a backpack? That's ridiculous. I'm very disappointed. My previous bag came with an extra strap that could be clipped on either end of the bag; this greatly facilitated carrying the keyboard. I expected more from Roland.
