The CCGT50 Acoustic Electric Guitar delivers top quality nylon string sound at an extremely affordable price. Order yours from Sam Ash Direct today and take advantage of our fast, free shipping.

The CCGT50 Nylon String Acoustic Electric Guitar offers an alternative for performers who prefer to stand for extended periods of time. Featuring a single cutaway thin body design, the CCGT50 will give the feel of a thin bodied electric guitar while produces the kind of warm and clear tone that you’d expect from a traditional nylon string classical guitar. The CCGT50 will deliver top shelf quality you would find on a much more expensive guitar, and will meet the demand of today’s players. You won’t have to spend thousands of dollars for a top quality acoustic electric guitar. The finest tonewoods are employed to give you the best possible performance at an incredibly affordable price. The Spruce top is paired with similarly resonant mahogany backs and sides. The absence of a pickguard will reduce unwanted vibrations on the soundboard. The thin finish allows the wood to “breathe”; producing a powerful, rich singing tone.

When it’s time to plug in, the CCGT50 also features an onboard preamp with a 3-band active EQ to help you shape your tone to fit any performance situation. The Carlo Robelli CGT50 is an outstanding value and is perfect for home, recording or stage use. Case not included.

Comments about Carlo Robelli CCGT50 Nylon String Acoustic Electric Guitar:

Sure, you dont get the sound of a top of the line classical but at this price it's a great value. I would suggest this to anyone with a budget. Its a pleasure to play and looking back I wish I had had this ten years ago when I was learning my first chords. Yes, the strings sit a bit high but this can be easily fixed. BE WARNED!!! I picked mine up in the store and Im glad I did. We had to open three of these guitars, brand new out of their boxes and wrapping, to find one with no issues. One had shipping damage on the crown and the other had issues with its preamp. The preamp would not propperly retain the needed 9 volt battery. Obviously not the best quality control so think twice about ordering online as you could very well end up shipping it back for defects. Go to the store if you can. Party on Garth!

Comments about Carlo Robelli CCGT50 Nylon String Acoustic Electric Guitar:

My takamine (RIP) took a nasty fall and the headstock broke off. Knowing nothing was really going to compare, I needed and guitar quick for a wedding gig in two days, and decided to go cheap. I saw it, really liked the thinline design, played it a little bit and said to the salesman "what a treat". I really like the size and weight. Usual upper register issues (sharp). Construction seems pretty solid, though the frets have small dings in them which gets in the way of the any vibrato I may want to play on certain notes (the underside if the strings are pretty rough right now). The piezo is a little inconsistent (4th and 1st strings seem to have reduced volume) and the bridge saddle was way too high. Luckily with a couple hours of tweaking, extra parts (sob), and new strings it sounded pretty good at the gig. Not a fan of the spruce top (I prefer cedar, which they don't make for this model) and it is a little tinny but for [$] I can't get too picky. Tone comes from your hands anyway. I would definitely recommend this as a good backup for somebody playing amplified. I'm gonna try it as my main axe for a while and see if I can get a better hold of it. Maybe not better than a $1000 guitar, but better than some of the $300-$400 guitars I played. A good buy.

Comments about Carlo Robelli CCGT50 Nylon String Acoustic Electric Guitar:

I went in to Sam Ash looking for a Takamine Classical Electric. I spotted this thin-bodied Carlo Robelli CCGT50 Nylon String Acoustic Electric Guitar and thought I'd give it a try.
It is finished beautifully with spruce top, mahogany back, sides and neck.

The CCGT50 plays like a more expensive classical and has a full-bodied tone even though the guitar's body is shallow in depth.

The built-in preamp with 3 band EQ and volume control is very clean, quiet and responsive. It reproduced the same rich, upplugged tone of the CCGT50. I even held the guitar directly in front of the Fishman Acoustic amp I was playing through to see how vulnerable it was to feedback and surprisingly it remained silent.

Lastly, one of the common shortfalls of a reasonably priced guitar are tuners that won't hold to pitch. These handsome gold tuners held true even when I tried to challenge them with heavier playing. At this point, I bought the guitar and took it home to continue playing it.

All in all, I am very happy with my Carlo Robelli CCGT50 Nylon String Acoustic Electric. It will be in good company with my Gibsons and Fenders and get lots of attention.
