The Boulder Creek Riptide UT-2N Tenor Ukulele offers a fresh approach to ukuleles. The UT-2N has a solid spruce top, along with rosewood back and sides. Sporting a 3.25 -inch body depth and a 26.25" length, the Riptide pumps out a lot of sound, and the spruce top delivers a warm tone. These ukuleles have a unique design which employs a pair of soundholes. The side hole projects the sound into your ear so you can really hear what you're playing. The body is also adorned with beautiful abalone binding along the edges as well as the rosettes around the two soundholes. The Gloss finish compliments the abalone trim beautifully. Guitar players will appreciate the low action and the ease of playability.

Comments about Boulder Creek Riptide Tenor Spruce Ukulele:

This, to start off, is a beautiful and unique ukulele. The sound is also beautiful. It has perfect balance between bass and treble which makes it very good. It also stays in tune very well all the way up the fretboard with its quality tuners. It's sound is deep and VERY loud if played intentionally. The reason I gave this ukulele 3 stars is because the bridge was a bit loose from the top and makes a TERRIBLE buzzing sound on the ukulele. This might be a problem for my particular ukulele, but regardless, it shows the poor craftsmanship of the makers. I'm pretty disappointed because I love the way the ukulele sounds.
