Comments about Guitar Research GAF202B10 Poly Foam Electric Bass Case:

When I needed a case for my Fender Jazz Bass the salesman bought this out and I was a little hesitant, but once I opened it and put my bass I fell in love with it. It holds my Jazz bass and I can put my Jaguar bass in it too. Perfect fit and pretty well made. I like the fact that it has backpack straps on it also so you can throw it over your shoulder and just go. The interior compartment isn't that big but it has 3 large zipper compartments on the outside so you can put cables and your stap in them.
All in all.......a good case for the money

Comments about Guitar Research GAF202B10 Poly Foam Electric Bass Case:

I bought this for the Dean Hillsboro jazz bass I just got. My bass has a slightly different shape than a regular jazz or precision bass. It barely does fit, so it may not work for every shape of bass out there. I baby my basses and my cases so I hope this one will hold up for a good while. I do have some concerns that it has a cheap feel to it. It's still better than a gig bag in my opinion. The pockets outside are really good & roomy. I could easily fit my MXR bass direct box & Boss TU-2 tuner together in one. Plenty of storage for your strap, cord, & maybe some sheet music. It has a compartment inside the case with a door, but it is so small I don't see the point, other than to maybe store a pack of gum in there. Not that big of a deal to me. I just found it a little odd. Handles are made of parachute type of webbing & velcro together. They seem attached to the case good. It has backpack straps on the bottom/back, but I doubt I will use them much. Would like to have the option to tuck them away or remove them when I'm not using them. Overall, if the case holds up with me taking good care of it, I think it'll be a good value. I went out on a limb with this one, so we will see! I mainly play at my church so this should be fine for transporting my bass there & back in the rear hatch or backseat of my SUV. I would really rate the case about a 3.5 on the scale.
