Comments about Fender Rumble 500 500-watt 2x10" Combo Bass Amp:

I absolutely love Fender bass gear, Being a huge fan of the previous rumble stuff I was excited to try these out. Tonality wise they were very similar, it's nice having the overdrive option and it has surprisingly wide parameters. SO you can ad just a tiny bit of dirty to beef up your tone, or crank up the fuzz to get some nice crusty punk tones. For heavy music with one guitar player the distortion feature is an absolute must and fills a lot of holes when the guitar plays goes to solo. It's a very practical amp as well. Small enough to fit in most vehicles, and so light my 92 year old grandma can carry it (and has) 500 watts is plenty loud to be heard over your blasting drummer and great on it's own with out any mic or DI help at practice or small clubs. But it does have the DI feature where you can go through the house with ease and basically use it as your own monitor while on the bigger stage. Fender bass stuff still rules. And this is a prime example of value for your dollar. a buck a watt? can't beat that.

This lil Fender powerhouse gets the job done whether your practicing for the gig or rockin the stage. More lightweight than its older companion allow for ease of use and operation. Pair it with an external cabinet or just let it rock by itself for a bass rumbling night!

I can't wait to buy one of these for myself! From the silver grill bearing the Fender logo to it's ivory knobs - this amp is gorgeous. When delving into inner beauty it doesn't disappoint, there are plenty of effects to play around with and use to your advantage, such as the loop feature. Who wouldn't want a 500W amp weighing in at just over 36lb to begin with? It's a dream come true.

Comments about Fender Rumble 500 500-watt 2x10" Combo Bass Amp:

The new fender rumble series is a lightweight bass powerhouse. I real u turn from the past series of rumble combos. Although the previous generation of rumbles were more heavy duty and had more volume they were heavy and bulky. This new generation best feature is it's weight. Although I'm not found of back panel controls it's a small sacrifice for the other great features. I found this is best used for use with a external bass speaker for larger gigs and still great for a practice at home amp. I am a staff writer at Sam Ash Music.

Comments about Fender Rumble 500 500-watt 2x10" Combo Bass Amp:

I have never been a fan of Fender bass amps until now. How did they get a combo amp to weigh nearly nothing at all??!! Plus it sounds awesome!...What?!!

I guess Fender unlocked the ability to alter physics because that's not how its supposed to work. Seriously, try this baby out. I have loved my Ampeg for years and never would I have guessed I would stray. That was until I heard this thing. I would love to keep my Ampeg but I have the gimmie-gimmies and I don't have the spare cash. If you're worried about power, I plan on pluging mine into a DI box and running it through the PA. Problem solved!

Really....Bring your bass down to your local Sam Ash and plug into this thing. You WILL love it!

The first time I saw one, I thought they forgot to put the speakers inside. It felt too light. I didn't think there was any way that it could have any power. I was wrong! It sounds great! Loud and powerful bottom end with a killer punch! Line out for plugging into the house PA, built in distortion, you really can use this for small gigs, large gigs, at home jamming with friends... endless possibilities. Comments about Fender Rumble 500 500-watt 2x10" Combo Bass Amp:

.Fender has really stepped their game up with this new line of Rumble Amps. The rumble 500 is a super loud, incredibly light weight amp, that is amazing for any strudio or gigging musician, especially those on the go. With 2x10 inch speakers pumping 350 watts internally(8 ohm) or 500 watts with an extension speaker(4 ohm) there is no stage that this amp cant demolish. Most customers I have complain that combo amps are too heavy to carry from gig to gig, fender has somehow figured out a way to make the amp weigh only 36.5 lbs, and not cause any tonal sacrifice. Outside of the 4 band eq the amps voicing features make this one of the most versatile bass amps ever creative, you can cover any genre of music, from motown to death metal. Buying this amp is an absolute no brainer.
