Comments about Hartke HD150 150-Watt 1x15" Bass Combo Amplifier:

The 1x15 Hartke bass combo amplifier is great for personal practice and smaller live shows! This combo amp can easily fill a room with a couple hundred people, but if more is needed it offers the XLR output to go directly into the mains or into the recording.

The one 15" speaker offers thunderous lows and poppy highs while maintaining a warm overall sound. Definitely more than enough for personal use and smaller gigs.

This is a real hands-on review from Kris @ Sam Ash Cincinnati

Easy EQ settings, aux input, XLR direct out and headphone jack for practice at home. Good sounding amp, slightly larger and louder than the HD75, would recommend for smaller gigs in addition to rehearsal. Easily portable and clean sound. I am a staff reviewer at Sam Ash Music.

HyDrive tech for under 400 in a 150 watt combo? This must your starter amp or a heckuva backup.
Had the pleasure of watching a local punk bass player blast through one at Sam Ash open mic Wednesday's in Torrance, it bumps nicely.

I'm a staff reviewer at Sam Ash in Cherry Hill, NJ. This amp has many of the great qualities that the 75 has with twice the power. It is also great that it comes with casters because we all know that no one likes carrying a heavy amp by hand. This amp is much more powerful in a rehearsal and on stage. Once again you can get very specific with your tone because of the eq on this amp.

Hartke is good at combo amps! Like it's 12 inch brother, this amp has some great clarity and even better low end. it's bit heavier but that's to be expected. in general it's great for practicing and gigging, and has some great onboard features.
