Comments about Bach TB200B Intermediate Tenor Trombone:

I play in a school band (1) Jazz band (1) and in a summer program for Rutgers Univ. This horn is great for any student that wants a robust horn to help propel a musical experience forward, but doesn't want to start blank when it comes time to get a pro horn. Quality is outstanding on the horn. The sound is very centered, vibrant core while at the same time being gentle enough to slot overtones with pro instruments, like edwards and courtois. My horn is entering year 3 of service and i can't wait to upgrade to a Bach 42AF. Once again "Once you go Bach, you never go back" The only down side is that the rotor linkages require bi-weekly maintenance. I use very heavy Linkage and rotor oil for that. And remember this is a Bach, so the rotor is very well fitting so only use Bach rotor oil (it stinks), al cass, or blue juice. I hope you will love this horn as much as i do.
