Comments about Auralex MoPAD Monitor Isolation Pad (Set of 4):

MoPAD is one of the least expensive, and most impressive upgrades you can put in your studio or listening space. Isolating the speaker or monitor from the desk or shelf that it's on eliminates the resonance the desk or surface will generate. There is a lot of math involved in explaining what happens, and what tone you'll get depending on the size and shape of the surface, but it's a remarkable difference. When I learn someone is producing, this is the gift I like to give.
