Fender combined the best of old and new to make the Vintage Hot Rod 57 Stratocaster a fantastic guitar, designed for the serious player.
The Fender Vintage Hot Rod 57 Stratocaster features a 1-piece Maple neck which has has a slimmed and softened "V" shape, a satin back and a Maple fingerboard with 21 medium-jumbo frets.
The comfort contoured Alder body is equipped with a Parallel SCN pickup in the neck position, a SCN in the middle and a DiMarzio Tone Zone in the bridge position. Other great classic features like vintage styling and a thin-skin nitrocellulose lacquer finish, coupled with modern pickups, a slimmer neck and flatter radius with medium jumbo frets makes the 57 Strat a true hot rodder!
Other features include Fender/Gotoh vintage style tuners, an American vintage synchronized tremolo and chrome hardware. Also includes a Fender hardshell case, cable and strap.
