Professional features and sound without the cost - with the added flexibility of an added F-attachment. Key Bb/F Bore .525" 8-1/2" gold brass bell. The inner slide of the YSL-446G is chrome-plated nickel silver. The outer slide of the YSL-446G is yellow brass. Microscopic, electrically-charged particles of lacquer are attracted to and deposited evenly on the surface of the instrument carrying the opposite charge. This produces an exceptionally thin, uniform coating that can be oven-hardened for maximum durability without compromising the instrument's sound. The sound produced is a solid, somewhat harder sound than silver plate finishes.
