Alesis has long been a leader in drum sound reproduction and the DM10 module is the best Alesis has to offer. Using the exclusive Alesis Dynamic Articulation system, Alesis makes sure that as you play harder or softer you hear not only the changes in volume, but also the subtle changes in timbre that makes for the true sound of drums and cymbals. Your DM10 gives you the sounds of classic studio drums and prized cymbals along with the most in-demand acoustic drum sounds from legendary drum brands, a huge arsenal of top producers go-to snare drums, real American, Canadian, Chinese, and Turkish cymbals, and a choice selection of classic drum machine and electronic percussion sounds that have fueled the biggest hit records. The Hi-hat replicates the effects of different pedal positions and other variables resulting in 40 different sounds. Even the sounds of rim shots, clicks, and different stick placements are accurately reproduced.
The Alesis DM10 does not limit you to the sounds loaded in the factory, it is also the first drum-sound module that lets you to load new sound sets via USB. This means that your sounds will always stay fresh, current and cutting edge. Keeping with its technological superiority, the Alesis DM10 module can be a trigger to MIDI interface for software such as BFD, Toontrack and Reason.
The feel of Acoustic Drums: ALESIS REALHEAD DRUM PADS
With its RealHead Drum Pads, Alesis takes the lead in making electronic drum pads that replicate the feel and action of acoustic drums. The DM10 Studio kit features a 10” RealHead pad for the snare, four 8” RealHead Tom pads, and a RealHead Bass Drum pad. Each pad features real mylar drum heads and triple-flanged counterhoops. Snare and Tom pads are dual zone triggers so you can perform rim shots on the snare or assign additional sounds to the tom rims. RealHead snare and tom pads mount on standard 10.5mm L-rods with low-slip, knurled mounting surfaces. You can use virtually any single or double kick pedal with the RealHead Kick Pad, or split the DM10s kick input with a Y-cable and connect an optional second kick pad for the pedal feel you prefer.
The perfect electronic cymbal pads: DMPAD CYMBALS
DMPad Cymbals are designed to take full advantage the DM10 module Dynamic Articulation capabilities. Multiple trigger zones on the bell, face, and edge of the DMPad Ride lets the DM10 module accurately reproduce all cymbal effects. The DMPad Hi-Hat Cymbal and RealHat Pedal give you continuously variable control from wide open to tightly closed. The Ride and one Crash cymbal are chokable for accurate cymbal control. Four DMPad cymbals are included in the DM10 Studio. You get a DMPad Hi-Hat Cymbal, two DMPad Crash Cymbals, and a triple-zone DMPad Ride Cymbal. .

The StageRack requires no tools to set up and is fully adjustable for the most comfortable playing positions.
